Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Standard Shipping within the US arrives within 2-7 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping in the US is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We are not currently shipping internationally; However, we’re expanding to other countries quickly so check back for updates. Please contact customerservice@wghealthandwellness.com to find out when we’ll be shipping to your country.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to customerservice@wghealthandwellness.com and write “Refund Request” in the subject line. We will then be happy to issue a full refund, less $10.95 per bottle for processing cost.  All bottles purchased and requesting a refund must be returned. Shipping fees and Sales Tax are not refundable. Returned packages require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN, please email us at customerservice@WGhealthandwellness.com. We will then supply you with the details necessary for you to return your package. Please note that we cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused”. This 30-day guarantee does not apply to returning or repeat customers.

To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made directly from WGHealthandWellness.com. If you have purchased a WG Health and Wellness product from another website or a retail location, please contact them directly for order related issues.
