Yes, extensive research is done while formulating all our products. We use the highest quality evidence-based ingredients available and you can be assured that every WGHW product is safe and effective when used as directed.

All our products are manufactured in the USA.

I HAVE MULTIPLE MEDICAL PROBLEMS, HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN SAFELY TAKE NUTRACEUTICAL SUPPLEMENTS?

As with any supplement, you should first consult your treating physician prior to using any of our products. Although our products are formulated using evidence-based ingredients, we DO NOT recommend that you substitute any of our products for your prescription medications without first consulting your treating physician.

WILL I HAVE TO ADJUST DOSING OVER TIME TO MAINTAIN EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Everybody has a unique metabolic tolerance, which may result in fluctuations with your range of efficacy with certain products at certain times. The labeled dosages are safe, based on extensive evidence-based research. Some products have dosage ranges which correlate to your sensitivity levels and size. You can try the smallest dose and work up to more to see how you react or feel and you can  vary the time and spacing of dosages, but please do not exceed the total daily recommended dosages.

Opening an online account enables you to shop faster and more conveniently. Once you log in, you can view all of your previous orders, track your packages, and store all your address for faster checkout. In addition, WGHW.com remembers the contents of your shopping cart so that you can leave and visit us later without losing the order information.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

The process is quick and easy. You simply begin adding items to your cart with the click of your mouse. You can use paypal or a credit card through the payment gateway to complete your order.  Note: you do not need a paypal account to use your credit card. Upon completion of the transaction an order summary will be sent directly to you via email and your order will be shipped vis USPS ground within 2-3 business days.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER BE SAFE?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard secure-server technology to encrypt all information gathered from our customers at the time of purchase. What this means is that your information is encoded and is unreadable while it routes to our server. For your security we never store any of your credit card data.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A VISA OR MASTER CARD CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No problem.  You can easily create a paypal account and use your bank information in lieu of a credit card.

DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your bottle within 30 days of your order date and you will receive a refund, less $10.95 per bottle returned processing cost. All bottles purchased and requesting a refund must be returned. Shipping fees and Sales Tax are not refundable. Returned packages require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN, please email us at customerservice@WGhealthandwellness.com. We will then supply you with the details necessary for you to return your package. Please note that we cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused”. This 30-day guarantee does not apply to returning or repeat customers.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ONLINE ORDER?

If you have not gotten your order confirmation via email, please check your spam or junk mail; many times they get placed there in error. If you still can’t locate the email, please contact us at: customerservice@WGhealthandwellness.com.
